It was an amazing session, Tara walked through the topic carefully and concisely so that we could all grasp a better understanding of statutory, non-statutory, and more details on the different stages of development and what can encourage the rate and sequence of development within the early years. Also I think the idea of designing our own nurseries and typical day layouts would really fun and encouraging, as well as motivation for immanent roles, it also links to Montessori theory.

It was awesome experience about learning and discussion and room for discussion about topics like risk assessment, safeguarding.
The sessions are clear and very informative. Everything is delivered well. Involves all the learners.
It was an overall fantastic experience for me. I got to learn something new and useful .This could be quite handy when I start working in a Early Year setting.
