it is amazing on what you can learn to get your goal
Very helpful session in learning how to prepare for difficult conversations and the importance of giving each person time to reframe their thinking before going into the conversation. Also to try and remember to listen with our eyes as well as our ears during conversations to achieve the best possible outcome.
Another great session and no issues. Great experience 5th week into course.
Really enjoyed this mornings session on learning about child development and what to expect in different age brackets
