Learnt how to observe, which is the key important thing to be done in early years settings as our observation regarding children and reacting promptly will support them to learn more in the developmental areas by proper assessment and planning.

Ian is an amazing tutor always encouraging us to come out of our bubble to see the bigger picture , he always links his teaching with his experience in early years which is very helpful .
