Far too long, slides need to be condensed and not so repetitive. Could use more real life cases as there have been many high profile adult safeguarding cases. No handouts were provided.
Unfortunately I don't think I learnt much. I know its refresher but death by power point. Too many reading power points. The chap himself was friendly enough. Needed more interaction and group discussions . Less power points.
An excellent training with several takeaway points which are very useful in my practice.
I thought the trainer was very good, in terms of knowledge but also in terms of her ability to communicate and engage with the group.
It will be nice to have a hot drink as it is a heavy day and a lot to learn and not easy to keep going. None received apart from cup of water Best to have a venue with hot drink
Thank you to Natalie for a detailed training. I enjoyed the scenarios, discussions and role play which allowed us to contextualize the learning. Definitely recommend. Also positive that we had different professional's in the course.
The Clayton Hotel is a really nice venue. The trainer was fantastic. She is clearly passionate about teaching the topic, and very knowledgable. Her ability to engage the attendees and encourage group interaction was excellent. I’ve attended this course several times over the years and this was the best ever.
Very helpful very good and communicative trainer
Natalie was a knowledgeable and engaging trainer. Though would be nice to have had some refreshments provided insite but venue was comfortable.
