The trainer knew her stuff & content all great but just a bit fast-paced for me. Plus it seemed too much content was planned for the session as we were supposed to have a test/ quiz but ran out of time to do this. This is shame as we miss the chance to reinforce our learning. Informative session in general. Thank you so much!

Sharon is an excellent trainer and shared her extensive knowledge and experience on this subject. She maintained our interest throughout the day, and encouraged interaction and discussion.
