I enjoyed the course, both instructors were excellent, knowledgeable and confident in the subject area. There was a good balance between discussion, information share and breakouts.

I thought the refresher course was really useful. It allowed me to evaluate the ways I've used the training in my role since completing the training 3 years ago. It was useful to refresh on the mental health continuum and the use of ALGEE when assessing a person experiencing mental distress.
