Great refresher course reminding us of how we should respond. Particularly beneficial was the suicide element which is the hardest scenario to assist with. Great discussion with colleagues too. Thanks Katy/Beth for organising.

Really enjoyed the course, Steve is really good at making you feel relaxed and I felt very involved. He explained the subject well and gave me confidence to talk about Suicide more openly.

Very well presented course with a lot of information and good insight in better ways to approach a situation. Excellent interaction between Steve and the clients. It was also fantastic to hear first hand how the Samaritans work with people.
