I’m glad and amazed about the training I had and it has improved my experience as well
I was richly impressed by the principles and techniques outlined during the training.
That was really a great experience.
Very interactive and encouraging. Lots of fun. Nice room. Good hotel. I would have appreciated and expected some lunch / basic catering, especially as we were there whole days. And being in a hotel, I was sure that was arranged. Also as nothing local and COOP closed on Friday. Nevertheless very enjoyable and great teachers. And a good group spirit.
Trainers were open, and answered all questions related to the course
