PMVA - 3 Day Training Reviews

Venue: Venue was clean and tidy however toilets were on the bottom floor. In addition to this the trainers had to provide our refreshments on the second day as this was not provided by the venue. We often would have the refreshments taken away at lunch time. Trainer and course: The course was great, so easy to follow and learn with the focus of primary knowledge and deescalation at the forefront of the training. It was brilliant that both trainers have a wealth of experience in the industry and in care, teaching high levels of care and practise. Would recommend to everyone and really enjoyed my three days with the health and safety group.

The training was both informative and highly practical. It provided essential skills and knowledge to enhance safety and confidence when managing challenging situations. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and ensured that all participants felt involved and supported throughout the training. Their ability to blend theoretical insight with hands-on practice made the sessions effective and enjoyable. Overall, it was a valuable experience that will positively impact our professional practice.

I am highly motivated to undertake the PMVA course as part of my commitment to delivering safe and effective care in challenging environments. The trainer is awesome and I'm trained very well.
