They are excellent trainers good corse just think it should be 4 to 5 days maybe 5 hour sessions as intense training

My experience throughout the training was exceptional, and it was amazing. I learnt new things and I am glad to be part of the group. I am grateful to Gracie and Daniel, they really gave everything.
