I found this course to be really educational, I feel iv learnt a lot in terms of what to look out for in regards to ill mental health and things that you can do to better your overall wellbeing, also what services are available for people suffering with ill mental health.
Loved the course and the tutorial was brilliant
Loved this course I really enjoy doing these courses and hopefully more become available for me to do come September
Had a lovely 2 weeks going this course carnt wait for the next ones to start
