Really enjoyed the course and feel more knowledgeable about Mental Ill Health

it is a lot to learn but it was manageable, it is a funny one as much like physical first aid - you might not need it for months at time and then it can happen unexpectedly - I do think I am better armed to deal with this now

The class interaction was wonderful, Trevor Hardman the teacher was awesome, he was very hands-on. He communicated the information clearly and made the learning fun and interesting. Well!!!

Some better instructions on location and how to access the venue would be better as quite a few of us struggled at the start to figure out how to access the building

Good course gives a clear idea of mental health conditions and how it is possible to support people. Stuart is lovely.
