helped me in my job role attending the course its given me an understanding around mental health

Liams teaching style works really well and has helped me to complete this course massively. He sets different types of work like writing tasks and visual learning discussions. He gives plenty of time to complete tasks given and ensures "it's not a race" and we work together as a team. As previously mentioned Liams humour is great. Yet I tried giving him negative stars, joking he deserves the full 5 stars. Really great guy and tutor.

The learner demonstrates a good foundational understanding of key concepts in Mental Health, including awareness of common conditions such as Depression and Anxiety Disorders. Their work shows engagement with the subject and an ability to explain ideas in a clear and structured waY

it is a lot to learn but it was manageable, it is a funny one as much like physical first aid - you might not need it for months at time and then it can happen unexpectedly - I do think I am better armed to deal with this now
