Liam is great and very knowledgeable on the mental health course you can see his passion and his love for the course and help you grow your own knowledge with his passion, he is also a calming person which help me with this course

I learned a lot on this subject and feel confident in managing my own mental health having learned more about the differences and how to possible help someone else if they was to be struggling

This was one of my favourite courses, emotional and gave a great insight and it was taught really well. Alot of what I didn't understand I do now, lindseys a fantastic teacher.

This was my first course in around 30 years. Lindsey was amazing we did lots of group activities which made it fun and enjoyable. I have signed up for another course as I got so much from this one it was excellent.
