Becky is amazing and very insightful

Informative course. Poor venue, poor refreshments.

However, there was no provision of snacks.

No heating and would not provide extra hot water

Venue is cold

Very cold no heating on not appropriate for learning

Venue was cold. The warm drink provision was poor. As it is an all day training, we all thought that a warm drink should have been provided, in the afternoon as well, not just in the morning.

Ade was very knowledgeable, created an inclusive atmosphere where I felt comfortable asking questions. I learnt several new things which I had not been aware of previously
