The course was very engaging and productive. Kevin was extremely welcoming, and I learned so much from his knowledge and experience. I especially appreciated the opportunity to practise the skills hands-on, which made the session even more valuable. I left feeling that I had gained a great deal of knowledge. Steve was very patient with all our questions, had a great energy that helped keep the day interesting, and was extremely knowledgable without dragging out the day with irrelevant anecdotes (as some trainers do). I think he did very well condensing a lot of material into a single day which relied on him assessing the people in the room to determine what needed more or less time. My only criticism/suggestion would be whether the course (or at least selected courses) could be given a pre-hospital emphasis for slides and scenarios.

Comprehensive content. Very much hospital focus. ? Consider adaptation to pre-hospital practitioners.
