Yannek delivered an excellent ILS training session. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making even complex scenarios easy to understand and apply in practice. He created a very supportive and approachable learning environment, encouraging questions and ensuring everyone felt comfortable participating. His teaching style was engaging, professional, and interactive throughout the session. I came away feeling far more confident in my skills and understanding thanks to his excellent instruction.
