Absolutely superb trainer (Kevin), really engaging guy hit the perfect balance of information, encouraging our input and linking theory with practical elements.
This by far the best ILS course I have attended over the past 7 years. The trainnier was engaging and truly amazing. He kept the whole class interested and I personally did not see where time went as I want engaged and well taught again lovely course .
Very interesting, appreciated the workbook to follow, paced well, friendly and achieved the desired outcome of course.
