Enjoyed the day, well presented and inclusive would recommend this course
The trainer - I'm sorry I'm bad with name recollection, but I think it was Kevin - maintained an animated, dynamic and enthusiastic pace throughout the day which really drew us into participating and refreshing our knowledge, whilst filling in the gaps where necessary. I left feeling confident to be able to respond to an immediate life support situation, far more confidently. This is the best trainer I have ever had, when doing these face to face training sessions, as the time flew by, and the course was presented in an interesting engaging way.
Training was excellent by a competent and engaging trainer.
The trainer was so good that its like you are live on the incident, knowledgeable and good in practice. I wish i could do my yearly ILS training with him. Really good
