For the first time, ILS training was not daunting and dreary. It was fun, engaging and creative. Kevin made the session so active you had no choice but want to get involved and learn. I learnt a lot of new things I didn’t know prior. Definitely worth recommending
The trainer was exceptional. He demonstrated good skill and knowledge of the course being delivered I was captivated with interest all through. The practicals gave a very visual demonstration of the theory delivered. Very impressive.

Only x1 set of drinks hot water provided all day. No handwash in the ladies toilets despite asking on several occasions. Staff directed to the wrong training room.
