The venue was extremely cold with no heating

The presentation was nice and student and trainer share experiences and I actually gain alot of the experience and the trainer did well too.

It was very cold all through the period of the training.

Only had a cup of tea Had to ask twice for hot water in the afternoon. Almost refused because they stated it was a one off service
