Great experience, however the room was cold Mandatory training paramount,maybe on a six month basis may be necessary,inaddition to building self confidence.

The training room was cold. The sound echoed making it hard to hear the trainer and other candidates’ contributions etc

Over the weekend, when entrance to building is not through main door/reception then it should be told to trainees how they could enter and reach the venue using car park.
