Knolwedgeable instructor Lots felt it was his opinion and no notes to follow
This course would be better split into two groups care assistants and professional as the requirements differ. Course ticks a box but I learnt nothing new so it was a waste of my money
We were overcrowded in the room and some people asked to sit on the floor. The trainer referred to the seniors of the group as “Oldies “. She respected people according to their position in the workplace and disrespected others.
It was well delivered. A little bit rushed, but overall very informative
Well understood with hands on practicals.
The virtual download of the booklet is not the best way to provide the information.
Informative as a refresher course, but not the right environment for the moving and handling part of the course.
