CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

All was good and engaging

The contents of the course was limited and brief compared to my NHS training.

No tea/coffee available in the afternoon session

The training was practical and educational

Good and interesting trainer but content mostly inappropriate for someone like myself, a self-employed carer of adults, especially as I pay for it myself ie.not paid for by my employer or agency

The room was too crowded Too many people in which we can not practice properly The trainer keep telling people to don’t use the phone but she used multiple times

No beds to demonstrate the moving and handling properly
