CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Great as usual. Karen was spot on. Very knowledgeable and engaging. She is a great asset. Didn’t like the venue (Leonardo Hotel Sheffield)AC wouldn’t work bit warm in the room. Room was bit compact no resting arm on the chair to write anything. Plus chairs were 2 close together.

The training course started on time, we were given clear instructions and expectations for the day. Kevin was outstanding with his delivery of varied subjects. knowledgeable and interactive with everyone in the room. High energy kept all engaged it was a balance between professionalism and rapport building. Gave real life connections of cases with health professionals who had failings in their roles with the appropriate legal actions journey. Kevin gave real case studies facts and figures actions etc , which I did enjoy learning about, this made it real. I enjoyed the conflict session, how best to challenge situations, especially you are accountable in your profession, the words you use, tone and your body language. Highly recommend Kevin as a trainer , he truly is an assest to the team.

I am happy i did attend the training i learn things i already knew but needed a refresh Jackie was good going in details i thank her and i will use what i learn to do my work the right way.

Really good trainer and content. Thank you. Only negative was that the room was extremely hot with no air in, there were two fans but it needed to be cooler, please.
