Learnt through shared experience of others stories rather than a dry presentation

Course content good but a lot of what is on the PowerPoint is not included and practical aspects are hard with 1 instructor

An audience interactive session so very informative.

Gaynor was lovely, very engaging and kind. But feel every topic was rushed and not had time to do more interactions. I did help out with my experience however. Especially on cpr. Enjoyed that.
