I course trainer was good and he made the course enjoyable

The overhead projector was not working. We had no drinking water

Very clear and consise information

Very relevant training.

Problem with projector so our training was not as good as it should have been.

Groups too big Not role specific so alot of information is not applicable

Practical dummy is not working

Excellent to have a day to get some mandatory training done in one go

Very intensive, practical training and the trainer was very knowledgeable and interactive
