The train noise, the people walking noise, the opposite room noise and the trainer voice can’t hear properly, may be mic would be recommended and changing the room in a better environment.

The course is quite impressive and needful for all health and social care workers. The trainer did perfectly well and demonstrated the practical training relevantly.

Lecturer is excellent,she lets everyone participate and interact,knowledgeable. Equipments not enough esp during cpr due to lack of ambubag has to wait and take turns,the venue i love it!very clean,should have hot drinks althroughout the day
