Very effective and informative information useful for my practice

The course content was very relevant and useful and the trainer was excellent in presentation. However, l feel we could have done better with more structured breaks and some snacks.

Karen was very friendly but also good at being assertive & not let ppl take the mick by turning up late

Course environment good but we need some biscuits in future

I enjoyed the course no doubt i will put it into practice
