The trainer is actually awesome. He made the class room conducive and made the learning easy

It was great. Some small differences with all bls courses

Karen was very interactive with sound knowledge of the course The venue was fair however could have had more refreshments and biscuits

Disappointed that no longer prove a booklet nor even a notepad which had at last years

Was very good in explanation and practical
