CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

The full day course covered a wide variety of different statutory and mandatory healthcare topics. It was a great refresher of everything and I feel confident how to manage day to day situations at work.

Andra is very affable and takes time to go through material you don’t understand. I have better & relatable understanding of topics covered today.

Good use of aids, instructor very knowledgeable.

I enjoyed the whole teaching. It was also very practical, exhaustive and engaging.

The training was very informative,the trainer was very professional and made it clear that that she would stay back to ensure that we were satisfied.. It's was an interactive and engaging session.

Karen was mean to me when I came in one minute late by refusing to allow me in even after I told her what happened that my train was delayed and missed my way to the hotel where the training was holding I had to go back home losing about £120 plus travelling which I feel is very mean not putting people into consideration when I came in today she didn't even say hi she just ask what is your name which I feel is quite rude.

Such an amazing instructor kept us engaged at all times, loved the CPR key ring too such a nice touch🫶🏽
