This course would be better split into two groups care assistants and professional as the requirements differ. Course ticks a box but I learnt nothing new so it was a waste of my money

The CSTF mandatory training was informative, relevant and easy to understand. It provided a good overview of the essential knowledge and responsibilities required to work safely and effectively in a healthcare environment.
