CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Trainer was fantastic. However disappointed we didn’t get the training booklets we usually do and only 1 coffee.

Venue is difficult to get to. They only provide one hot drink per person per day and don't clean up during lunch break so people coming in for the afternoon find a messy drinks area. They are now charging £14 parking fee on top and I found the staff at reception very unhelpful. I won't be using that Venue again.

The parking alone cost £29. There were minimal refreshments and no lunch provided. There were no other drs on the course and it seemed more set up for carers in general. I felt I learned more doing the courses online and much of the content was not geared towards drs for example I would never need to use a hoist ever and there was no instruction provided re basic life support just left to get on with it.

The training was practical, interactive and informative. The trainer also encouraged group discussions and feedback, which helped to in-bed new information.

The training room is very cold ,need to be well heated to maintain the temperature indoor No handouts given

Everything went well and the trainer is really good in delivering outstanding training. Am happy to attend.

The course was very understanding and she is a very good teacher. She explained and demonstrates very well. Show us all the necessary equipment that we are supposed to know about. I’m really happy to participate on this course this is a training where I can recommend it to who may need it. I have really what I left my house to go and learn
