I need the slides and the video to read and review it in detail. The hoist battery got off so we couldn't practice more of it . Which is bad.

It was nice to be part of the team and have learnt a lot which will help in my day to day work.

Trainer was fantastic. However disappointed we didn’t get the training booklets we usually do and only 1 coffee.

Venue is difficult to get to. They only provide one hot drink per person per day and don't clean up during lunch break so people coming in for the afternoon find a messy drinks area. They are now charging £14 parking fee on top and I found the staff at reception very unhelpful. I won't be using that Venue again.
