At venue, they were not accommodative, very cold room. We were all with our jackets the whole of the training times and the only thing to keep people warm is at least having something warm inside and they could not even provide us ordinary warm water for the people to make tea or coffee, we have to beg for it. They even refuse to give us clean mugs and there was no kitchen for us to rewash the mugs we used in the morning considering this is a whole day training. I think going forward to always get a place with the amenities to have a kettle to boil water for ourselves.
