It was so interesting and beneficial to me, l gained more knowledge and skills on that day, there was an opportunity and time to ask questions too and the trainer was so good at it expecially the demonstration of the equipments during practice.

Am really so happy because I get to learn a lot with the training techniques and skills

I had a great day,the trainer was very helpful and gave good examples.I enjoyed the free drinks and the venue was clean.Overall lovely day.
