She was nice and explain everything

Very useful refresher course as I’m a bit rusty

The trainer was very knowledgable and I have enjoyed the training. However not all information applies to my job role.

Not enough beverages throughout. Building old and very cold. No where to get warm lunch from. Instructor was knowledgable and friendly and delivered the course content well.
