Very fast paced. A lot of content covered. Would have to have quite extensive prior knowledge which I do but would find it difficult if not. i learned quite a lot of new things as well as refreshing my prior knowledge
no recovery position was shown as recovery position gets changed from time to time .

Extremely enjoyable day, Paul kept us interested & engaging, very nice friendly group, was good to be by the seaside at The Mercure hotel, staff very welcoming!
