Martin, the trainer was extremely knowledgeable with a wide and varied background in the health sector, which I feel is essential for training of this type. He encouraged interaction and gave real life examples to assist understanding. The room and Equipment was adequate however despite a hot weather warning and temperatures being approximately 25° or above there were no fans and the air conditioning was not working. This caused an uncomfortable environment. Martin requested fans which were brought in after lunch. I have attended training with health and safety for many years but this is the first time I have seen marketing videos added to the session which I do not agree is appropriate. As all are available on your website.

The presentation was amazing only think missing was the right equipment.

Overall the class was informative, Chris have taken the portions in an entertaining way and well understanding.

The room is not well ventilated in this hot weather, a room with air condition would have made it conducive for us as the heat was affecting our concentration however Martyn made the course interesting for us and made effort to get fans which we appreciate
