The trainer had vast knowledge of all the subjects taught I am pleased that he equipped me with the knowledge to discharge my duties effectively

The trainer is highly competent and engaging. Except that the sound system wasn't good enough. That wasn't the fault of the trainer. The venue was a bit of a let down though. They insisted on one drink per person which is inconsiderate bearing in mind we were here pretty much the whole day. Also, the hotel's assistant was not friendly

Excellent.

I am glad l came, because l learned new things.It was worth it.

Annie was brilliant, there was no messing with some candidates using their phones and also a couple of candidates definitely shouldn’t have been on the course, they couldn’t speak any English and they were very inappropriate in their responses but Annie recognised that and asked them to leave. Excellent way to make sure the right staff look after patients in the future. I’d like to only be trained by her in the future.
