Kevin was very informative, and kept the class motivated. A very good teacher

Course was really good! Knowledgeable trainer with good mannequins ! Venue/the refreshments options need to be greatly improved

The course was very useful and the clearly an overview and refresher. Trainer encouraged staff to do more advanced course where it was appropriate. The video played about course available was also very helpful information. Because this was my first, I concluded that I should have done this in more detail fiest. Will be looking to do more I depth training.

Cold room. Trainer a little rude to people. Felt like being back at school, getting told off. Asking us to participate & give answers but then telling us no. Also being made to stand up in front of the group to read our presentations was out of my comfort zone.

I feel very disappointed in the training that was delivered today as it wasn't as good as previous years. I feel the trainer was a bit rude when I answered questions and gave my opinion. I felt undermined and inadequate.

Trainer was rude and obnoxious and i was forced to join in making people very uncomfortable.

The trainer is in another level, He is the best ever trainer have ever met. Very straightforward, intelligent and he explains everything in a very understandable way. He is good and will I will recommend him at anytime
