Very competent trainer, and has time for participants to ask questions for clarity. Very interactive session. And l enjoyed the day.

Nathan is an excellent Tutor, very well trained to train others perfect! A very good guy, have good sense of humour, listened to each student when needed. The training was very good and educative learnt some of the things I hadn't come across. Brilliant!!!!

There was no sign posting on arrival as to were the room was and struggled to find staff to show me. I found the trainer Annie was engaging, Knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Some people were late and it was great that she didn't allow these people into the training as they were 30 minutes after start time and Annie would have had to repeat the information that had been taught. I would enjoy doing more courses with Annie as she was a lovely trainer.

Lack of set up of Tea/coffee facility Very Disappointing! Considering we were there for a 6 hour course, I would expect that the staff could have made sure the available coffee and tea equipment was set up and ready to use. A shocking Indightment of lack of interest in co-operation of the course provided

Excellent training

Coming back from maternity and still actively breastfeeding both trainer and venue were very accommodating to time for pumping.
