Very impactful session, which triggered an emotional reaction. However, learning from previous sessions (EQ in particular) helped me to manage my reaction, stay focused & I willingly participated, even when I felt a little vulnerable - this was due to several factors, with one of them being the safe space/environment created by both Stuart & Sally

Really enjoyed today’s group learning art. Helped me consider my organisations workforce planning. Will definitely be going back to see if strategies exist and how they are implemented.

Stuart is very engaging & despite having some IT challenges today, he provided a full & comprehensive learning experience. His energy was consistently high & positive which is to be commended

Lisa's knowledge and range of examples throughout provided useful context. There was a good opportunity to reinforce the difference between being anti vs non-sexist when calling out behaviour with an example shared by a peer and this was picked up by Lisa who reinforced the learning point. A valuable session providing valuable messaging, tools and techniques. IODA's material on this topic and their Inclusive Management and Leadership session includes content relevant to empowering all members of UK society and organisations interested in developing an inclusive culture. I would recommend IODA training provision especially around this topic as it is informed, contextualised and delivered by knowledgeable and experienced trainers who can relate the topic to learners operating in different environments using a range of public and private sector examples.Response : Hi Helen, Thank you so much for your feedback, we really do appreciate it and value what you say. Thank you! Sam
