Amazing and it has helped me out so much and it was well worth the work and effort
it was great experience and I able to know so much new things in the experience and I would like to thank the tutor for his effort to improve me very well
Venue was always freezing cold and the questions in the workbook were way too unclear, it was very clear that little to no care went into them.
The staff were rude at times, the temperature was extremely inconsistent, they randomly changed the room we were working in without telling us until we had sat down, and there was a group in the room next to us making a horror game and screaming making it hard for us to fully focus on the course.
I would no recommend the venue for any further courses, as the staff were quite unprofessional towards us, we were constantly being moved rooms and not being told, our tables were missing on the last day, no available water dispenser and there was a group in the room that was too loud and disruptive for us.
Air conditioning unit needs to be turned off, freezing cold room. No tea/coffee facilities or a water dispenser. Chairs are uncomfortable and management skills needs to be looked at
The only criticism of the venue is the lack of beverage making facilities.
Liam is a great tutor who help everyone get through like a student came in he helped them. I learnt a lot from Liam and he gave good feedback which I will take in and improve on
