Everything was good and the person doing the course was open, easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
Trevor and Alan are two excellent tutors and always want the best for you. The two nicest people you'll ever come across. They gave us very detailed information on how to answer the questions and general information we need to know. I would highly recommend doing this course.
This two weeks were very interesting not only from the point of view of knowledge enrichment but also from the point of view of relating to the rest of the classmates. The training itself praised the knowledge that I had previously acquired in other trainings, enriching my knowledge on how to act and how to react in a workplace according to any situation. It was a training where, with a diversity of participants, it was possible to create a good and healthy work environment where everyone was participative in the proposed tasks. Trainers Trevor and Alan were perceptive in the lessons they taught, making sure that each element had the attention during the lesson period, where they made all the topics interesting, captivating and interacting with all the participants. It is a pleasure to have participated in this training. Thank you.
The room was a little tight but comfortable and warm. Overall the course was very good the only thing I would pickup on would have to be that there was no health and safety brief given at the start of the course. No fire drill was explained. Where do we go in case of fire who would read out the assembly register to confirm we were all present. Apart from that it was a well delivered course from both Alan Donnelly and Trevor Hardman. The course was very well delivered and all the information and tools were provided to understand tutor. The interaction with tutor was amazing and she explained course information in detail and also breaking down information where not understood. The role plays are excellent to the course as this gets the mind thinking and people engaging.
Teacher has been very fun to work with and also taught a lot to give an understanding of all subjects during the week
