Laura is brilliant. Relatable, directive, supportive and a great model of a coach.

I found that the 2 days training was exactly what I needed to start my ILM level 7 journey. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, credible, and experienced, using live examples to bring theory to life. In addition to this, mixing people in the cohort from different sectors was great as it broadened my horizon around thinking about coaching in other sectors beyond my own.

A fantastic two days with professionals from a number of sectors and roles which enhanced the training experience. Laura provided very insightful training which has been thought provoking and practical in many ways. I have a number of things to work on which will improve my practice as a coach.

Really well delivered training with great tips on how to apply the theory and knowledge to practice. Dan gave his experience and demonstrated how this can be applied in any setting. Felt well organised with enough time to put the theory into practice during the sessions.

Great two days, Laura was an excellent training and very engaging which made the learning easier to absorb. The location is great and good space to learn. Learning will be easy to apply as doing practical aspects has given me a good concept of the theory in practise. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Laura has been fantastic over the two days, very knowledgeable, easily relatable and down to earth. I have gained so much valuable information and definitely feel more equipped now to tackle the coaching and assignments in order to gain my qualification. I’m not worried about checking in with her about anything when doing the assignments, because she has been so open and approachable throughout. Thank you for everything.

Excellent course, Fabulous balance between theory and practice.

This was a well structured and well presented training course, giving the participants a strong platform to build coaching and mentoring skills for the future. The training was intense and fun, with lots of practical elements giving us plenty of practice to develop skills with excellent feedback.
