Highly recommend the course. Laura delivered the content in a concise, easy-to-understand and completely accessible format. There was lots of opportunity to ask questions within the peer group, explore specific challenges, share advice, guidance and particular first hand recommendations based on their own thoughts and coaching experiences (this was mega useful, reassuring and insightful). Really enjoyable and thought provoking sessions with an engaging balance of theory and practical sessions that allowed us to put the models into play.

Laura was amazing! I really appreciated the way she made the content feel practical and human. I’m leaving with more confidence in how I ask questions and hold space and I feel like I’m building my voice as a coach.
