Good Facilitation. Would have been nice to have some energisers to break up the sessions and recharge. Scenarios for coach and Coachee would work well
Relaxed, good paced, useful and helpful content with good real life examples which made the course enjoyable and informative. Thank you.
I think having more time to spend on practice and reflection would have been helpful as there's not as much new content to cover at a level 7. However a lot of the discussion had was very helpful to my personal goals. Thank you very much Dan (who was excellent, knowledgeable, engaging and did a great job of quickly building rapport).
