This is my third course with SQT now and my second with Tom he has a wealth of knowledge and is only happy to share with you, He delivers a great paced course and is very patient.

I overall found it a very enjoyable and informative course.

Really enjoyed the course and will definitely use this in my day to day work.

The course was highly valuable in strengthening my understanding of food defence and food fraud prevention

Tom was a fantastic tutor-as someone who had no experience in the area he was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail to me without delaying the rest of the class

Overall, a good course with good amount of slides information, regulations and going through it. And especially the workshops. Would recommend all in TACCP team to get this course as it really covers all. Would have been nice to read the pas beforehand, I know I had it but had not time to read it through before but would say kind of threat and type of attacker types would have been nice to have read before the workshop. Otherwise very good course and indeed needed for the TACCP team. Very good and dedicated trainer (Brian R.). Very competent trainer.
