This is my third course with SQT now and my second with Tom he has a wealth of knowledge and is only happy to share with you, He delivers a great paced course and is very patient.

The course was highly valuable in strengthening my understanding of food defence and food fraud prevention

I overall found it a very enjoyable and informative course.
