Excellent course, Brian was a knowledgable tutor and the course met with my objectives on understanding relationship between HACCP, TACCP and VACCP

Tom is extremely nice and always has the learners ability to learn and ask questions at the heart of his training.

Liked risk assessment templates, will use them in completion of our own risk analysis on site.

Class room would be great as it’s so practical but it’s good to be able to do it from the office too. I would have chosen classroom if I could.
